AH Allen provides expert surveying and inspection services and testing for major contaminants - asbestos, refractory ceramic fibres (RCFs), lead, heavy metals, legionella, anthrax, and other biohazards wherever they may be found in premises, land, water and air.
Surveys and inspections include:

- Bulk sampling and Analysis
- Re-inspection of identified hazards
- Surveys of ships and vessels and creation of an Inventory of Hazardous materials (IHM)

In addition with energy management issues of increasing importance we are able to provide:
- Energy performance certification (EPC)
- Display energy certification (DEC)
Our asbestos surveying and sampling services are:
- Accredited to UKAS ISO 17020, ISO 17025 and performed in accordance with HSG264 and HSG 248
- Delivered by surveyors holding as a minimum the BOHS P402 certificate, together with the relevant experience.
