By carrying out a workplace noise monitoring survey, you can ensure that your employees’ hearing is protected from any exposure to excessive noise in the working environment, whilst ensuring your organisation meets the Control of Noise at Work Regulations (2005). Having a noise survey undertaken will:
- Identify workers who are likely to be exposed to first action noise threshold or greater
- Provide your organisation with enough information to enable the development and implementation of an action plan
- Identify significant noise sources within the work area
