Compliance Tracker System
The Compliance Tracker system is a web based data management solution for storage and use of asbestos and other compliance related data. The Compliance Tracker is accessible from any location with an internet connection by use of a secure log in to bespoke servers hosted within our secure Comms Room. The compliance tracker facilitates access to all of your asbestos and other compliance related data in an easily viewable and updatable format that is simple to navigate around.
The system works by showing data from our back office tracker system and also allows upload of PDF documents and CAD plans that are easily viewable over an internet browser. Re-inspection Data can be updated on the system within seconds of sending data from PDAs on site or by editable secure log in into the system. The web site is fully customizable to meet each of our client's requirements and links can be added to other databases, web sites and systems for integration of the estate and property management process.

The Compliance Tracker is hosted in a Secure Comms Room and operates from Three bespoke servers. It is connected using a dual bonded ADSL connection providing 10mbps download and 1.4 mbps upload speeds and is backed up daily to ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place.
The Requirements to run compliance tracker are as follows:
- PC running Microsoft Windows or Linux, Apple Mac or other web-capable device
- Internet connection (broadband or equivalent recommended)
- Firewall allowing access to the web
- If CAD drawings are used, a CAD viewer
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (available from the Adobe website as a free download)

Over the past four years AH Allen have also worked closely with MICAD Systems to develop the MICAD Asbestos Module (MAR). This module is an optional extension to the MICAD Intranet Property register, which offers a complete online facilities management package. The MAR module offers a complete online asbestos management package as part of your online property register. MAR facilitates recording a schedule of rooms and then assigning asbestos records to these locations reading location data directly from CAD plans. The asbestos surveyors then assign records to the exact location so there can be no discrepancy between location and product. Once recorded in the MAR module, the information is fully updatable over the intranet and viewable by multiple users. The MICAD system is a versatile system successfully utilised by many of our clients currently including eight NHS Trusts.
AH Allen has also worked with several other clients using many other software packages. Our surveyors and project managers are fully trained on many of these packages including Archibus, Sitemaster and Envacs and are happy to work alongside the software suppliers to give the best service possible and the software solutions that are right for our clients.
