In 2005 A. H. Allen Ltd was asked to undertake an occupational hygiene survey for a local manufacturing company after internal risk assessment identified a number of processes where noise, vibration and particulates were of concern for management and employees.
An occupational hygienist visited the site and carried out a comprehensive survey of operations, plants and processes taking air samples, noise measurements and vibration testing when necessary and then submitting a survey report detailing the findings.
A. H. Allen then worked with the employees and management of the company to ensure all work processes were carried out in a safe and legal manner. Regular monitoring, auditing and reviewing ensure risks are managed properly and the company continues to work in safe and legal manner.
